I was an extreme rhubarb skeptic – until today! I wanted to throw this post up quickly because here in Southeast Alaska spruce tips are almost over, but you can still find some patches up high and in colder areas. If you have a garden in SE AK you probably have a giant rhubarb plant. Which you should also be harvesting right about now! Throw the two together and you get a surprisingly delicious mix in which both flavors distinctly come out but are also exceptionally complimentary.
